MOL issues integrated ‘MOL REPORT 2026’

Evolution into a Global Social Infrastructure Company
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines, announced the publication of its integrated “MOL Report 2026.”
(URL: https://ir.mol.co.jp/en/ir/library/integrated_report.html)
The MOL Report was prepared with a primary focus on the management and business strategies set out in Phase 2 (FY2026–FY2030) of the MOL Group’s corporate management plan, “BLUE ACTION 2035.” Its purpose is to provide stakeholders with a deeper understanding of the future vision of the Group and the corporate value we aim to create going forward.
In Phase 2, we will shift the focus of management from “transformation and expansion” to “value realization” and aim to enhance corporate value by creating economic and social value in an integrated manner, even amid an increasingly uncertain business environment. In this report, we present our approach to achieving this goal in a clear and structured manner, using a value creation model and logic tree. Through interviews with management, we also share the management’s aspirations behind Phase 2 and the direction of initiatives aimed at realizing value.
In addition, the report introduces specific examples of our initiatives related to the three core strategies comprising our portfolio strategy, regional strategy, and environmental strategy, as well as our approach to sustainability issues and governance.
As with last year’s integrated report, MOL only publishes the PDF version on its company website, in a format optimized for easy and intuitive online viewing.
