80% of Danish Shipping Education graduates already have a job lined up

A total of 59 trainees recently graduated from Danish Shipping Education. Four out of five already have a job lined up after completing the two-year trainee programme.

Danish Shipping Education recently celebrated a record cohort of 59 trainees completing their programme. The occasion was marked with a festive ceremony in glorious sunshine.

An exciting future now awaits the graduates, and almost 80% already know the next step in their careers. A survey among the trainees shows that approximately four out of five already know where they will start working after receiving their well-deserved diplomas.

It underlines that the programme gives them both insight into the industry and a strong foundation for their further education and careers.

Danish Shipping Education develops the shipping professionals of the future in collaboration with shipping companies, combining theory and practice to prepare trainees for an exciting future in global shipping.

Danish Shipping Education is aimed at trainees from shipping companies, bunker companies and other shipping-related businesses, and combines theoretical and practical learning. Trainees enrolled at Danish Shipping Education are employed in trainee positions at their respective companies both before and during the programme.

This ensures a strong practical supplement to the theoretical elements of the programme and provides well-rounded learning and a solid understanding of the industry.
