OpenParser AI goes Agentic: Innovatix unveils a new era of Document Intelligence that doesn’t just answer — It Acts

Innovatix Technology Partners today announced a major release of OpenParser AI, marking the platform’s evolution from an intelligent document Q&A tool into a fully agentic document intelligence platform. Organizations can now automate document-intensive tasks (workflow) while maintaining enterprise governance and citation-backed responses.
The release introduces more than 20 prebuilt AI Agents, connectivity to Google Drive, Microsoft SharePoint, any websites and databases, along with support for customer-managed language models from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Meta, and other supported providers. Together, these capabilities enable organizations to analyze information across multiple sources, produce structured results, and automate repetitive knowledge work, no complex prompts or custom workflows required.
“With this release, OpenParser AI joins your team: you assign the document task, it delivers the result. That’s the agentic shift. Our customers don’t want another chatbot, they want outcomes. This release delivers exactly that, with the citations, controls, and security that regulated industries demand.” – G. N. Shah, Chief Executive Officer, Innovatix Technology Partners.
From Answers to Actions: The Agentic Leap
The first generation of document intelligence was built around a simple promise: ask a question, get an answer. OpenParser Agents go further, execute complete document workflows on their own by reading multiple documents in context, applying domain expertise, and producing structured, action-ready outputs.
Business users can review large volumes of documents, identify compliance gaps, extract business-critical information, and query datasets in natural language, completing tasks that traditionally required hours of manual effort in minutes. Whether processing contracts, policies, reports, spreadsheets, manuals, or operational documents, each Agent is designed to automate a specific business task. By combining intelligent automation with enterprise level security, flexible deployment options, and complete source traceability, the platform helps organizations confidently adopt document intelligence for business-critical operations.
The 20+ Agents span four categories:
- Document Q&A & Analysis — Document comparison, citation verification, deadline extraction.
- Contract & Legal Review — Risk clause identification, obligation extraction, plain language rewriting, multi-contract analysis.
- Data & Spreadsheet Quality — Invoice validation, data profiling, spreadsheet comparison, data quality checks.
- Content Transformation — Executive summary generation, document translation, meeting notes processing, survey analysis.
A Knowledge Layer That Lives Where Your Data Lives
Documents continue to be the primary knowledge source for OpenParser AI. The platform securely reads documents on a user’s local machine, and with this release, OpenParser also connects directly to Google Drive and Microsoft SharePoint. By accessing information from these trusted sources, OpenParser ensures answers are accurate, up to date, and based on the most current content.
OpenParser AI now extends beyond documents. Users can ask questions in natural language, and the platform automatically queries connected databases to generate clear, meaningful answers—without requiring any SQL or technical expertise. It can also read and understand websites content, allowing users to search and retrieve information from multiple knowledge sources through a single, simple conversational interface.
Your Stack, Your Choice of Model
For enterprises with existing AI vendor agreements or specialized model requirements, OpenParser AI now introduces Bring Your Own LLM. The platform ships with Meta’s Llama as the default, and customers can now power their Agents with OpenAI’s GPT, Anthropic’s Claude, Google’s Gemini, and other supported providers using their own API keys. Models can be swapped at any time, giving customers full control over output quality, accuracy, and cost.
Combined with the platform’s existing on-premise deployment option, this makes OpenParser AI one of the few agentic document platforms that can run entirely inside a customer’s own network, on a model of their customer’s choice — a critical capability for regulated industries including healthcare, financial services, legal, and government.
Expanded Format Coverage
The release adds native support for five new formats: ODS, ODT, Markdown, RTF, and HTML — covering open-source office environments, developer documentation, and web exported content. Combined with existing support for PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, TXT, and CSV, OpenParser Agents now read virtually every document format a modern enterprise produces, with no manual conversion required.
Built for the Trust Bar Regulated Industries Require
Every answer and every Agent output remain grounded in source — cited back to the exact page, row, or paragraph it came from. The platform retains its full enterprise security posture, encryption at rest and in transit, role-based access controls, single sign-on, audit trails, and approval workflows.
“ AI is only as valuable as the information it can be trusted to use. OpenParser AI connects to your organization’s knowledge base, allowing anyone to ask questions in natural language and receive accurate, source-backed answers. With citations, role-based access, and audit trails, OpenParser ensures your knowledge remains secure, trustworthy, and easy to access.“ — Allen Shapiro, Vice President — Brand Growth and Engagement, Innovatix Technology Partners

The new OpenParser AI is available immediately in two editions.
- SaaS (Cloud-Hosted) Edition – rapid onboarding, continuous updates, and immediate access to all Agents, live source connectors, and Bring Your Own LLM capabilities — with a free trial available for evaluation.
