All bunker prices described in the text below have been adjusted for calorific content to make them VLSFO-equivalent. They have estimated EU-EU voyage compliance costs included for Rotterdam, and nonEU-EU compliance costs included for Singapore. These account for EU ETS costs and FuelEU Maritime penalties, and the average price of compliance surpluses we have picked up from the FuelEU pooling market from the past week.

B100 discounts to conventional fuels in Rotterdam have narrowed by $85-143/mt over the past week, to $163-552/mt.

In Singapore, B100 has flipped from a $124/mt discount to LSMGO last week to a $19/mt premium this week.

Liquefied biomethane (LBM) discounts to LNG in Rotterdam have narrowed by $40/mt to $487-494/mt, depending on engine type.

LBM discounts to Rotterdam’s LSMGO have tightened by $75-76/mt over the week to $789-1,015/mt.

Liquid fuels

Rotterdam’s HSFO and VLSFO prices have dropped by $34-40/mt over the past week, and its LSMGO price has fallen by a much steeper $92/mt.

In contrast, the port’s B100 price has gained $51/mt over the same period. Deliveries of biofuel blends in Rotterdam and Gibraltar require lead times of around 7-10 days, a trader said.

Singapore’s VLSFO, HSFO and LSMGO prices have slumped $56/mt, $73/mt and $149/mt lower, respectively.

Its B100 price has edged down by $6/mt over the past week. B100 premiums over HSFO and VLSFO have widened by $49-66/mt to $248-413/mt, while B100 has moved to a $19/mt premium over LSMGO this week.

Liquid gases

Rotterdam’s LNG bunker prices have declined by $55-57/mt in the past week.

LNG’s discounts to LSMGO in Rotterdam have narrowed by $35-36/mt in the past week, to $303-521/mt.

The port’s LNG premium over VLSFO for vessels with Otto medium speed engines has come down by $17/mt to $12/mt this week.

Rotterdam’s LBM prices have declined by $16-17/mt in the past week.

Singapore’s LNG prices have surged $74-75/mt higher in the past week.
