Daniamant announces new integration of EchoPilot FLS 3D systems with Navico Group multi-function displays

Daniamant A/S is proud to announce a major software update for its industry-leading EchoPilot Forward Looking Sonar systems, enabling seamless integration with Navico Group’s Multi-Function Displays , including Simrad® marine electronics, B&G®, and Lowrance®.
This latest development marks a significant milestone in expanding the compatibility of the EchoPilot FLS 3D and FLS 3D – 30 Degree systems, providing even more boaters with access to real-time forward-looking sonar directly on their preferred navigation displays.

With this new update, users can now experience EchoPilot’s advanced 3D forward-looking sonar technology directly on Navico Group displays, bringing together cutting-edge sonar imaging and world-class navigation systems into one unified interface.
The integration reinforces Daniamant’s commitment to delivering flexible, user-focused solutions across the marine electronics ecosystem.
EchoPilot FLS 3D systems provide real-time 3D visualization of the seabed ahead of the vessel, allowing captains to navigate safely in poorly charted or unfamiliar waters. The systems offer forward visibility of up to 200 meters ahead and 100 meters in depth, with bottom mapping reaching up to 20 times the water depth.

A key feature of the system is Average Forward Depth (AFD), which calculates the average depth of the seabed ahead, offering a valuable additional navigational reference beyond traditional depth sounders.
The FLS 3D – 30 Degree system, built on a streamlined single-transducer design, delivers high-performance forward-looking sonar in a more accessible format, bringing commercial-grade technology to a wider range of vessels.
With HDMI and VGA output, the system remains fully compatible with third-party displays, while the new Navico integration ensures a seamless experience for users of Simrad® marine electronics, B&G®, and Lowrance® systems.
“This integration with Navico Group MFDs is an important step in making our Forward Looking Sonar technology available to even more boaters worldwide,” said Kevin Rough, CEO at Daniamant. “By combining EchoPilot’s high performing real-time sonar capabilities with leading navigation platforms, we are enhancing safety, awareness, and confidence on the water.”
The Navico Group integration software update is available now for EchoPilot FLS 3D and FLS 3D – 30 Degree systems. Contact your local dealer or EchoPilot to hear more.
