As the yacht welcomed its first guests, IssuTrax™ began managing the end-to-end lifecycle of shipboard requests, maintenance tracking, and operational task management, ensuring a seamless experience for both crew and guests.

To ensure a truly frictionless luxury experience, the deployment includes a customer-facing API that allows guests to input service requests directly through their in-suite tablets. Once a request is made, the crew can validate and ensure services are completed in real-time using PDAs and mobile devices, creating a closed-loop communication system between the guest and the service team.

IssuTrax™is a specialized module within the cruisePAL ecosystem, engineered to streamline onboard communication and issue resolution.
