Climate TRACE releases November 2025 emissions data

February 4, 2026
Climate TRACE reported that global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for the month of November 2025 totaled 4.98 billion tonnes CO₂e. This represents a decrease of 0.04% vs. November 2024. Total global year-to-date emissions are 55.39 billion tonnes CO₂e. This is 0.50% higher than 2024’s year-to-date total. Global methane emissions in November 2025 were 33.38 million tonnes CH₄, an increase of 0.05% vs. November 2024.
