Jon Lindqvist is Performance Manager at Costamare Shipping, where he leads initiatives to optimise fleet performance, enhance operational efficiency, and support the company’s long-term strategic goals. Working across technical, commercial, and data-driven functions, he plays a key role in improving KPI visibility, driving continuous improvement, and supporting sustainability-focused performance initiatives.

Jon holds a Master of Science in Engineering Physics from Chalmers University of Technology, a background that enables him to blend analytical rigor with practical maritime insight. His work includes advancing digital performance tools, supporting fuel-efficiency programs, and contributing to Costamare’s broader efforts toward operational excellence and environmental responsibility.

At the conference, Jon will offer insights into fleet performance optimization, the role of data and analytics in modern shipping, and how performance management supports both commercial and sustainability objectives.
