The above-mentioned vessel (General Cargo Ship), flying the flag of Tanzania, Year of Build: 1992, Gross Tonnage: 1882, Net Tonnage: 1172, Length Overall: 88.2 metres, Breadth: 13,50 metres, Main Engine: Yanmar Diesel, Type MF29-ST, 1177kW, Generators: 2 x Yanmar Diesel, Type S165L-DN (all particulars believed to be correct but not guaranteed)

Free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, by Public Auction on Friday, 19^th September 2025 at 10:00 a.m. by the Marshal of the Admiralty Court, at the 3^rd Floor Conference Room at the Shipping Deputy Ministry Main building, Kyllinis str., Mesa Geitonia, Limassol, Cyprus, pursuant to an Order of the Supreme Court of Cyprus in its Admiralty Jurisdiction dated 1 September 2025 and 8 September 2025.

The appraised value of vessel is 450.000 Euro (four hundred and fifty thousand Euro).

The sale will be to the highest bidder, provided the highest bid is equal to or exceeds the appraised value.  The successful bidder will immediately pay to the Marshal of the Admiralty Court by banker’s draft, issued in favour of the Marshal, 45.000 Euro (forty-five thousand Euro).  The balance of the purchase price will be paid by banker’s draft or SWIFT bank transfer within ten (10) business days from the date of the auction, in exchange for the Bill of Sale and the Protocol of Delivery and Acceptance of the vessel.  In case of non-payment of the balance of the purchase price within the time frame mentioned above, the said deposit of 45.000 Euro, shall be forfeited.

If the highest bid is below the appraised value, the highest bidder will immediately upon conclusion of the auction, again deposit by banker’s draft in favour of the Marshal, the sum of 45.000 Euro, but the sale of the vessel will be subject to the approval of the Court.  In such case the balance of the purchase price must be paid within ten (10) business days from the approval of the sale by the Court.  If such approval is not granted the said deposit of 45.000 Euro will be refunded.
