The International Council of Marine Industry Associations, ICOMIA, is uniting and co-ordinating efforts across the global leisure marine industry to call for parity and clarity of trading conditions.  

In a joint statement issued simultaneously by ICOMIA, NMMA, EBI and British Marine these membership associations seek to highlight the size, quality and interdependency of this globally connected industry, 

ICOMIA CEO Joe Lynch, commented – It is a key part of ICOMIA’s mission to co-ordinate and ensure collaboration across all of our industry partners. We need to demonstrate the overall value and benefits of our industry and how we can all thrive if we come together with a united voice.  

We invite our members and other organisations to join us in this collaboration and to lend their support to this global initiative. We also stand ready to support our members, throughout the world, in helping them articulate the importance of a predictable regulatory landscape.
