Capt. Vasiliki Ketse is the Alt. DPA/CSO of Dorian LPG a leading owner and operator of modern very large gas carriers (VLGCs).

She Joined Maritime Industry in 2009 as a seafarer and continued with serving in key roles as Superintendent, DPA & CSO in large groups mainly in tanker & LPG sector.

Moreover, she has been working the last 10 years in Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental (HSQE) departments and has been pivotal in developing and applying robust control systems to ensure maritime organizations establish and maintain high quality standards and adhere to legislative requirements .

She is involved in Implementing fleetwide Campaigns related to Safety, Mental Health & wellbeing, Best Practices Management & Behavioural Based safety programs for seafarers and acts as a Project Manager for seafarers Safety culture cultivation.

Capt. Vasiliki is a graduate of Merchant Marine Academy of Aspropyrgos and holds a Master’s degree on Maritime Operations and Management from City University of London and is an accredited and qualified mentor for non-profit organizations providing targeted coaching for the professional empowerment and support for the progression of women and young generation in maritime.
