At this year’s international Nor-Shipping exhibition in Lillestrøm, June 3–6, Shipnor will unveil its latest furniture concept, Signature – an innovative series for maritime interiors, built on the company’s exclusive Click technology. The new concept allows clients to personalize cabin interiors with their own choice of colors, branding elements, and logos – truly placing their own “signature” on every cabin. With 100% of its production based in Angvik, Shipnor continues to demonstrate that high-quality furniture manufacturing is still viable in Norway, even in an industry marked by widespread outsourcing.

Signature merges form, function, and flexibility with a circular, tool-free assembly solution. Based on Click by Shipnor, developed in collaboration with Välinge Innovation, the system allows furniture to be assembled and disassembled entirely without screws or fasteners. Products can now be delivered flat-packed and installed on board in a fraction of the usual time – reducing logistics costs and simplifying handling. Transport volume is reduced by up to 60%, while the system also supports easy upgrades, extended lifespan, and improved reusability.
