SmartSea,  has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Andy Oakley as Head of Infrastructure and Operations.

Formerly Director of IT Operations at City of Dreams Mediterranean, part of Melco Resorts & Entertainment Group, Mr Oakley will lead SmartSea’s efforts to integrate advanced digital solutions, strengthen cybersecurity measures, and refine operational frameworks to support the company’s continued growth.
