EPTechnologies, a pioneer in marine electric and hybrid propulsion, is expanding into the United States. With a new office in Atlanta’s bustling business district and a service and engineering hub in Los Angeles, EPTechnologies aim to change the American maritime industry with its sustainable, high-performance solutions.

This major leap forward in EPTechnologies’ growth strategy empowers the company to deliver high-quality, climate-friendly propulsion systems to local clients and business partners across the American continent.

The new Atlanta office is located at Peachtree Road, Atlanta, Georgia, 30326, USA.

The strategically placed Los Angeles service and engineering hub ensures timely support and services, paving the way for the construction of two passenger ferries by 2025 in partnership with ZeroMar. These ferries result from the collaborative efforts of the U.S. and European offices, which together aim to create the finest electric and hybrid systems, demonstrating their commitment to clean, green transportation solutions.

The company was founded in 2013 by Kasper Falkenberg, who brings over 20 years of expertise in electric drive systems.

Marco Ottiker joined as co-owner in 2018, adding his 35 years of experience in the boating industry to the team.

EPTechnologies operates out of offices in Sønderborg, Denmark, and Reinbek, Germany, as well as the newly established U.S. office, and has a dedicated workforce of 55 employees.
