“Finland’s most inspiring workplaces” is a recognition granted to organizations that receive the highest ratings in Eezy Flow’s PeoplePower® employee survey that measures staff commitment, performance, dedication, vision of leadership and overall employee experience.

Every year, nearly 200,000 employees participate in the survey, and the award is given to organisations whose PeoplePower rating exceeds Finland’s expert norm (AA, AA+ and AAA).

Deltamarin has measured its employee experience with Eezy Flow since 2014, and the results from the most recent survey in spring 2024 mark the second-highest value in our history to date.

The positive results of the latest survey have also led to new initiatives to further improve the workplace. Examples of tangible measures implemented at Deltamarin include clarifying the company’s strategy and values, developing the feedback culture and improving internal communication.
