Carnival Cruise Line voted ‘Best Ocean Cruise Line’ in USA today’s ’10Best’ readers’ Choice Awards 2025

Carnival Also Voted ‘Best Cruise Line for Shore Excursions’ and ‘Best Alaska Cruise” with Carnival Spirit
Carnival Cruise Line has once again earned top honors in USA Today’s 10Best Readers’ Choice Awards 2025, being named Best Ocean Cruise Line for the third consecutive year. Carnival was also voted the Best Cruise Line for Shore Excursions and Carnival Spirit received the distinction of Best Alaska Cruise.
“Winning ‘Best Ocean Cruise Line’ for three consecutive years is a remarkable achievement that reflects the loyalty and enthusiasm of our guests as well as the stellar service our team members are known for across the fleet,” said Christine Duffy, president of Carnival Cruise Line. “These awards highlight the unforgettable vacation experiences we strive to deliver every day – whether that’s through our exceptional onboard offerings or our shore excursions that cater to various interests and help our guests maximize the time they spend on land – from cultural immersions and historical tours to adventurous activities like snorkeling and zip-lining.”
Nominations for the 10Best Awards were selected by a panel of cruise industry experts, with voting taking place online by USA Today readers who were asked to rank cruise lines in a variety of product and service-based categories.
Carnival continues to enhance its offerings for guests with the opening of its new exclusive destination, Celebration Key on Grand Bahama. Starting in July, Celebration Key is set to be a highlight of many itineraries, offering guests a day in paradise, however they define it, with endless options for relaxation and recreation. Carnival will also expand service in Australia this spring, with the addition of two ships. The cruise line is set to grow its fleet further with the addition of two Excel class ships in 2027 and 2028 respectively, preceding the delivery of three additional new ships of an innovative class currently under development.
