Marios holds a BSc (hons) Accounting & Finance and an MSc Business Management from the University of East Anglia (UEA), Norwich, UK. He is also a Certified Employment Relations Officer from the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB), with the recognition and support of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance.

He has a highly successful career path of 20 years in well-established organisations, having extensive experience in management positions, with an emphasis in the areas of human resource management, marketing, strategy, training and consulting, while he has also led and successfully executed a significant number of specialised consulting projects and training programs in leading organisations.

He also served for a number of years as a Senior Lecturer on various business topics, including Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility, both at a leading academic institution in Cyprus and at a leading University in London.

He currently holds the position of CEO of Europa Donna Cyprus, with excellent results, aiming for a complete upgrade and rational development of the Organisation. He is also the General Secretary of the Cyprus Federation of Patient Associations (OSAK).
