I possess extensive experience in IT infrastructure and systems engineering, having served in the Hellenic Air Force for 30 years. Throughout my career, I have held leadership roles and have been accountable for a diverse array of responsibilities. I have designed, implemented, and managed networks of various sizes and complexities, including Secret Classified, Top Secret Classified, and Academic Networks. Furthermore, I have managed a diverse range of systems, including Windows Servers, Microsoft Exchange Servers, SharePoint Servers, Oracle Linux Servers, Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and more.

Moreover, I have extensive experience with Microsoft 365, deploying Microsoft 365 applications and configuring security and compliance settings. Additionally, I am also a highly skilled penetration tester and a holder of the Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) designation, which makes me able to address complex security challenges and ensure the protection of sensitive information. Furthermore, I am a certified and proficient Project Manager, having successfully led and participated in numerous IT infrastructure projects. My experience includes network implementation, server upgrades, and cloud migrations, as well as overseeing the installation of infrastructure for the Presidency of the Hellenic Republic and managing data storage migration for the Hellenic Air Force.

I have a proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and communicate effectively with stakeholders. Notably, I was honored by the President of the Hellenic Republic for my role in installing infrastructure within the Presidency, as well as by the Chief of Staff of the Hellenic Air Force for a range of achievements. These accomplishments not only highlight my leadership skills but also my significant contributions to the organization.

For the last eight years, I have been actively engaged in the Maritime Industry. Concurrently, for the last four years, I am serving as the CEO of K2 Informatics, an IT company, which is a premier provider of cybersecurity solutions, specializing in Maritime IT. The company acknowledges the unique challenges encountered by the maritime sector and offers a comprehensive suite of services tailored to address these issues and enhance overall operations. Some of its’ core offerings include Cyber Security Solutions, Maritime IT Services, Compliance and Regulatory Support.
