Quality Assurance Advisor Vacancy at DP World Limassol

In April 2016, DP World Limassol was awarded a 25‐year concession to exclusively operate the multi‐purpose and Cruise terminals in Limassol commencing February 2017. The terminal’s activities, comprising of three multi‐purpose quays, include break‐bulk, general cargo, Ro‐Ro, Oil & Gas services and the cruise terminal.
We are looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor to join the Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) team, with the main responsibilities as below:
- Identifying process improvement opportunities and facilitating change.
- Managing non‐conformances and associated corrective actions until close out.
- Assist in the development of company policies process and procedures ensuring alignment with Quality Management principles.
- Plan, execute and oversee audits and reviews for quality conformance to standards, procedures and deliverables.
The successful candidate will ideally have the following:
- Holder of Quality qualifications (i.e. Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA etc.)
- Auditing qualification (i.e. ISO 90001, CQA)
- Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in a similar role in a port, construction, energy sector or similar industry sector
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Influencing and good relationship building skills
- Ability to champion the benefits of quality management and lead on best practices.
