Maersk awarded “3PL Company of the Year” for the second consecutive year

Once again, Maersk has received a prestigious “3PL Company of the Year” recognition at the Multimodal event in Birmingham, the UK’s leading supply chain conference and logistics expo. Recognising excellence in logistics and supply chain management, this is one of the 2024 Modal Awards, voted for by the thousands of readers of the event’s newsletter, as well as exhibitors and visitors of the event itself and is therefore a valuable recognition for one of the key products from Maersk’s Logistics & Services portfolio.

We are honoured to receive this prestigious award, even more considering it is the second consecutive year that we are recognised. Over the past years we have invested heavily in our Logistics & Services capabilities, including third-party logistics (3PL), so we treat this as a recognition of our efforts, as well as commitment for the future.

This year’s Multimodal event was additionally given royal seal of approval with the visit of Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal, who visited the show on June 13th, also spending considerable amount of time at the Maersk booth. Greeted by several Maersk representatives, Her Royal Highness inquired about the impact of the current Red Sea crisis on logistics, green fuel solutions for shipping and also specific features, like container tracking, and also confirmed being aware of Maersk’s integrator ambitions and providing customers with end-to-end supply chain solutions.
