Telespazio’s Board of Directors appoints Gabriele Pieralli as CEO
The Board of Directors of Telespazio, a joint venture of Leonardo (67%) and Thales (33%), appointed Gabriele Pieralli as CEO of the company.
Born in Florence in 1968, Pieralli completed his military service in the Carabinieri before graduating from Florence University with a degree in Electronic Engineering, specialising in Telecommunications.
Telespazio Chief Operating Officer since June 2023, he previously held positions of leadership in the Leonardo Group, becoming Managing Director of the Electronics Division in 2021.
He currently chairs the Board of Directors of Thales Alenia Space Italia.
