Merger plan between Vår Energi ASA and Vår Energi Norge AS
The boards of directors of Vår Energi ASA and Vår Energi Norge AS (formerly Neptune Energy Norge AS) have agreed a joint merger plan.
The merger plan, together with the annual accounts, annual reports, and auditor statements for the last three years, is available on the Vår Energi ASA company web site.
The merger is expected to take effect around the end of the second quarter of 2024.
