Arribatec Marine’s Infoship to enhance fleet technical management for Mediterranea di Navigazione

Mediterranea di Navigazione partners with Arribatec Marine to implement Infoship: the Fleet technical Management Software
Mediterranea di Navigazione, an Italian maritime company with a century-old history based in Ravenna, and Arribatec Marine, a leading IT company specializing in maritime fleet technical management software, announce a strategic collaboration for the full implementation of the Infoship system across the company’s fleet. This marks a significant step for Mediterranea towards optimizing operations and management processes.
The adoption of the web-based version of the Infoship system will enable Mediterranea to manage fleet maintenance operations centrally and seamlessly, as well as coordinate the entire procurement cycle, including logistical activities and onshore and onboard inventory management. The project will also benefit from personalized consultancy and support services to ensure a smooth and seamless transition.
The data migration process from the previous management system to Infoship will be facilitated to enrich the new system with a valuable historical archive. This rich source of information will provide a solid foundation for future comparative analysis and facilitate a smooth transition.
Fulvio Solari, Head of Sales at Arribatec Marine, comments: “It is essential for the Infoship system to inherit the knowledge from the previous system used. This synergy will create a technological and informational continuum, an invaluable advantage for a company with the century-old reputation and experience of Mediterranea di Navigazione.“
Infoship will be integrated with the Omnia accounting software, used by Mediterranea di Navigazione for managing the company’s financial and administrative processes. This synergy ensures the harmonization of internal systems, creating a homogeneous and robust information ecosystem that supports operational efficiency.
The agreement between Mediterranea di Navigazione and Arribatec Marine represents a concrete commitment to innovation and operational excellence in the maritime industry, strengthening the positions of both companies as leaders in their respective sectors.
