Presentation from Aristos Philis, CEO & Founder of KeelX at the Get Together of Cyprus Marine Club


On Friday, 23rd February 2024, the Cyprus Marine Club (CMC) hosted the Get Together with a presentation from Mr. Aristos Philis, CEO & Founder of KeelX.

The reception was attended by more than 100 guests. The President of Cyprus Marine Club, Capt. Eberhard Koch, in his opening statement, before giving the floor to the speaker, shared his contentment about the increasing membership numbers and welcomed the new Sponsor of CMC: Michael Chambers & Co. LLC, and then thanked all Sponsors for their invaluable support.

Capt. E. Koch further reminded about the Club’s next events scheduled for March  28th  – a speech  from a Shipowner and Vice President of CUS, Mr George Mouskas; April 16th, May 24th for the Club’s AGM and then June 7th for the Piano Concert from Nicoleta Savvidou – an event sponsored by Bergos Bank, Switzerland.

Aristos Philis spoke to the gathered  Guests about the journey of  KEELX in the maritime digitalization landscape and presented how its solutions can help shipping companies with their ESG, EU ETS, and CII Management.

Aristos further expressed his gratitude to the Cyprus Marine Club for providing a platform to share insights and innovations within the maritime community. He emphasized the importance of collaboration in driving industry-wide progress and pledged KEELX’s ongoing commitment to supporting sustainable practices and digital advancements in shipping.

Following years in the making, KeelX Limited spun out of Lemissoler Group in 2020 on a quest to accelerate the maritime industry’s adoption of digital technologies.
