Katrine Knowland, Mintra’s Digital Marketing Manager, was a driving force in the success of Mintra.com. Her expertise in eCommerce was invaluable when she joined the team in 2018 and spearheaded the design and development of Mintra.com’s new site and webshop.
Katrine and her dedicated team outlined crucial objectives for the webshop. Their primary focus was delivering a convenient and user-friendly experience, utilising Mintra’s extensive course library and the power of TrainingportalLearning Platform. Katrine’s passion and expertise played a pivotal role in creating the new website and webshop, setting a high standard for user satisfaction.
Katrine stated “when creating the site, prioritising Search Engine Optimisation was paramount. Our goal was to ensure that end users could effortlessly discover the most suitable course through search results, demo and then add to their basket, gaining instant access. Upon completion, they receive their certificate within minutes, meaning it’s a completely self-service process, which was a gap we identified in the industry.”
Mintra.com’s webshop achieved six-figure revenues in its first year and has seen two and half times growth since its launch in 2020. The SEO focused site experienced over 20% increase in website traffic in 2023, a testament to the team’s impactful work and contributing to the company’s success.
