Ambassador Cruise Line has launched the Ambassador Guarantee, a business initiative that will reimburse any new-to-cruise customer who fails to enjoy the amazing entertainment, outstanding cuisine and exceptional service the premium value, no fly operator is proud to offer to all its guests.
The premium value, no fly cruise line continues to offer unbeatable value with some of the most competitive prices in the industry, and its offering is set to grow even more compelling with the introduction of the Ambassador Guarantee. Complete with the tagline ‘Enjoy Yourself on Your First Cruise – or Your Money Back!’, the Ambassador Guarantee is applicable to new guests booking an itinerary of four nights or more on its fleet of two ships, Ambience and Ambition. Ambassador are confident guests will enjoy their first cruise or they will offer to cover the costs of the guest’s return transport from the next available port to their point of embarkation and issue a full refund for the cruise fare paid.
