CMA D ARGOUDELIS signed the diversity charter for Greek businesses

We are excited to announce an important milestone at CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A., as we proudly sign the Diversity Charter for Greek businesses, confirming our commitment to promote a working environment based on inclusion, innovation, and creativity.

At CMA, we recognize that diversity is not just a slogan, but a powerful catalyst for driving positive change. Studies consistently show that diverse teams bring a wealth of perspectives, ideas and experiences to the table, fueling creative thinking and fostering innovation. This strategic move underscores our commitment to building a dynamic, diverse workforce that not only enhances problem-solving skills but also establishes superior corporate practices.

By embracing diversity, we aim to create an environment where every individual feels valued, heard and able to contribute their unique skills and knowledge. The signing of the Diversity Charter is testament to our belief that a diverse and inclusive team is a key success factor in today’s rapidly evolving business landscape.

The benefits of diversity extend beyond our inner workings. It positions us to approach different markets with agility and insight, seizing new opportunities and building links with a wider range of customers. As we continue to grow, this commitment to embracing diversity will be integral to our ability to adapt, innovate and lead in the marine, industrial and energy automation sectors.

The Diversity Charter, a European Commission initiative to promote diversity in business, was established in Greece in 2019. Greece became the 23rd country to sign the Charter. Its aim is to serve as a means of commitment for the implementation of equal opportunities and diversity in every work environment in Greece. In our country, the Diversity Charter is implemented by KEAN in cooperation with the Institute for Diversity and Inclusion – D&I.

Ioannis & Nikolaos Argoudelis, CEO of CMA D. ARGOUDELIS & CO S.A. said, “We understand that fostering diversity is not just a corporate responsibility but a strategic advantage. We invite all our employees, partners, and stakeholders to join us on this exciting journey towards a more inclusive and innovative future”.

Stavros Milionis, President of KEAN and Founder of Diversity Charter Greece, said, “CMA, which has been active in the Greek market since 1987, specializing in Maritime and Industrial Automation, covering all the needs of its clients worldwide, signed the Diversity Charter for Greek businesses. The company attaches great importance to the achievement and continuous upgrading of a professional environment of full acceptance for all and we are confident that their participation in the Diversity Charter will significantly strengthen the network of member companies in the Charter. We welcome them with pleasure.”
