Pleiades Shipping Agents’ MTs ARDAS I, ALFIOS I and ARACTHOS I, are commemorating their first year of service with Marinfloc’s Combined Bilge and Main Engine EGR bleed-off water treatment system’ onboard. All 3 vessels were delivered by DH Shipbuilding during 2022 – 2023 and since then Marinfloc’s systems have excellently proven their worth both in functionality and in improved OPEX.

Three years back, Mr. Miltiadis Synefias, Technical Director of Pleiades Shipping Agents, and his technical team commenced extensive discussions with Marinfloc’s HQ & Athens office to examine the possibility to install the Marinfloc’s innovative combined bilge and Main Engine EGR bleed-off water treatment system. The benefits identified convinced Pleiades to confirm the order for installing the system on all three vessels and be the first to install and benefit from Marinfloc’s pioneer combined system.
