Cyprus Shipping News is delighted to announce the speakers of the 2nd CSN Greece Shipping ICT Conference “Exploring the Digital Frontier: Bridging Theory and Practicality in Maritime Technology”.
Kostas Sakellakos is a member of the ICT industry for the past 19 years , 15 of each in the maritime sector. He is currently the ICT manager of Navarone SA, a management / owning company handling a fleet of 27 vessels.
His current focus is service/project management and the digital transformation of the company incorporating business processes in the IT platforms while navigating through the business-technical rifts. With a renewed interest in
trend – sociotechnical analysis, business-IT convergence, user incorporation in IT processes and train the trainer.
As part of Ammitec board he is contributing in the organisations goals for knowledge distribution and promoting the IT role in the maritime community.
In his free time a movie enthusiast, occasional writer and still rpg gamer.
