Nadine Karali is the Commercial Director of Microsoft for Corporate and SMB in Greece, Cyprus & Malta. She joined MS in 2012, holding various sales and leadership roles. Before that she was working at Dell Technologies, accountable to grow the channel of the Retail business. Throughout her 16+ years tenure in the Technology Sector she has gained deep expertise in the sales strategy and organizational excellence of enterprises, and she has been awarded several times for operational excellence and performance.

Nadine is passionate in connecting with people and work with them and their teams to unlock the full potential of their organizations and help them reimagine their future, with the use of technology. She loves mentoring young professionals and female talent and setting them up for success and she is a big ambassador of diversity and inclusion. She gets energy from collaborating with people and she is a mother of two boys, 4 and 2 years old.

Nadine holds an MEng degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Communications and Signal Processing from Imperial College London.
