Yang Ming receives AFLAS award for Best Shipping Line–Trans-Pacific

The Asian Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Awards  is one of the coveted prizes among the world’s logistics and supply-chain operators. The annual event is hosted and organized by Asia Cargo News. Yang Ming was once again awarded for the Best Shipping Line–Trans-Pacific. Representing the Company, James Chan, Executive Vice President of Yang Ming , attended the ceremony to receive the award and thanked customers for supporting and trusting Yang Ming’s services.

Given its continued improvement in global container transport services, Yang Ming has since 2016 received six awards for Best Shipping Line–Intra-Asia and one for Best Shipping Line–Trans-Pacific. This year, the Company was shortlisted for the above two awards. As a result of active enhancement, Yang Ming currently offer a selection of 15 weekly service in the trans-Pacific region. In addition, the delivery of new 11,000 TEU full-container ships has not only lowered the average age of Yang Ming’s global fleet but also ensured the compliance of the international environmental standards. These efforts are intended to provide customers with faster and safer services. In the shortlisted awards, Yang Ming was favored by 15,000 global readers of Asia Cargo News and eventually selected to win the award for Best Shipping Line–Trans-Pacific. This award is a recognition from relevant businesses and customers for Yang Ming’s quality services in the trans-Pacific routes. Moving forward, Yang Ming will continue to provide comprehensive and high-quality marine transport services to customers along its global service routes.
