Ericsson announces appointment of Chief Compliance Officer


Ericsson  announces the appointment of Jan Sprafke as Chief Compliance Officer  Mr. Sprafke, who has been acting CCO since February 2023, will report to Scott Dresser, Group Chief Legal Officer and the Audit and Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors.

Jan Sprafke joined Ericsson in 2020 and has been Head of Compliance, Market Area Europe & Latin America. Mr. Sprafke holds a Ph.D from Julius-Maximilians-Universität of Würzburg.
