Simon is a business centric senior information technology leader, with a 23-year track record of leading technology teams to success, sustaining business revenue growth to €6bn. Forging a career in London working for some of the world’s leading retail organisations, he is now based in Limassol, Cyprus, where he has worked in the maritime technology sector for the last 3 years, fusing his experience in customer facing technology with the unique environment and needs of shipping, maximizing investments through effective management of technology, people, and processes. Simon is recognized by his peers as a passionate leader, mentor, and communicator, thriving at the intersection of technology and humanity. His expertise in technology strategy, business agility and Information Security has helped him realise technology transformation and digitalisation programs at scale and he is currently undertaking a similar initiative within his role at Columbia’s digital services division, ITNC Marine.
