Konstantina joined Wärtsilä Greece in 2021. Having worked for 17 years in the Maritime Business, most of which in an IACS Classification Society, she joined the Sales Team as a Sales Manager.
Konstantina’s main responsibilities in her current role is to support the local market to achieve their decarbonization goals by introducing the latest technological developments on the company’s portfolio, as well as new technologies and sustainable fuels. As environmental issues, driven by regulatory framework and public demand for greener maritime transport, attract the attention of shipping stakeholders, Wärtsilä will play a key role in both retrofits and newbuilds.
She holds a Master in Engineering from the school of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering of the National Technical University of Athens and enjoys outdoor activities like skiing and tennis.
