AUTOSHIP was presented at the ERTICO ITS Congress, the largest event entirely dedicated to smart mobility and digitalisation of transport, which took place in Lisbon (Portugal) from May 22nd to 24th.

AUTOSHIP was showcased on May 23rd, in the frame of the session “Improved and Innovative Cargo Logistics with Small Autonomous Ships“, which will featured also presentation by our sister projects AEGIS, SEAMLESS and MOSES.

CiaoTech – PNO Group provided a comprehensive overview of the project with the presentation “Comparison of external costs between trucks and autonomous ships”, which offered a quantitative comparison of the societal effects associated with different modes of transportation, with a particular focus on the Autoship IWT Use Case.
