MOL establishes ‘MOL Group Human Capital Vision’


Promoting Human Capital Policies with Three Basic Principles ‘Diversity, Equity & Inclusion,’ ‘Mutually Empowered,’ and ‘Highly Engaged
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines,  announced the establishment of the “MOL Group Human Capital Vision,” which states the group’s basic approach to human capital policy, in accordance with the management plan “BLUE ACTION 2035.”
As the MOL Group aims to expand its scope to social infrastructure companies that originate from the oceans, MOL aims to realize its management plan, and by extension, the MOL Group Vision, through a fundamental shift in its human capital policies and measures. These include recruitment and development of expert human resources to drive new business and global human resources to strengthen regional strategies and integration of human capital planning across the group and globally.

Based on the theme “All on Board, Success through Growth” in the HC Vision, MOL Group established three basic principles “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion,” “Mutually Empowered” and “Highly Engaged,” as the basic principles of the group’s human resources policy in the future.
The MOL Group has also outlined an action plan based on each principle as “HC Action 1.0” and set the following targets to be reached by the end of Phase 1 (FY2023-FY2025) of the management plan.

Through the realization of the HC Vision, the MOL Group will make great strides toward becoming a global social infrastructure company centered on the shipping industry.
