Ambassador amongst top three cruise lines in cruise critics cruisers’ choice awards 2023

Ambassador Cruise Line, the UK’s premium value cruise line, has been awarded a top three spot in the ‘Best Overall Mid-Sized Ship Lines’ category in the 2023 Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice Awards.
Cruise Critic is the world’s leading cruise reviews site and online cruise community, celebrating its 11th annual Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Awards this year.
Recognising the best cruise lines of the year for UK cruisers, the awards are based entirely on consumer reviews and ratings shared on the website over the past year.
This achievement builds on Ambassador’s success in 2022, which saw the brand take home two awards – Best Value for Money (Ocean Category) cruise line at the Cruise Critic Awards and the Bronze Award for No-fly Cruise Holidays at the British Travel Awards.
Gordon Nardini, CMO of Ambassador Cruise Line, says: “Having only begun our sailing season last year, we are overjoyed to be placed in the top three for Best Overall Mid-Sized Ship Lines by Cruise Critic members. This placement, coming off of the two industry awards we won last year, has made the entire team at Ambassador incredibly proud.
“We look forward to launching our second lady of the sea, Ambition, in May this year, to enable even more guests to enjoy a premium value cruising experience with us.”
Of Ambassador’s placement, a Cruise Critic member said: “The service from all the staff was faultless, the cabins were roomy and comfortable, the entertainment was first class, the food was top rate. All in all – a most enjoyable holiday.”
