Chevron U.S.A. Inc., a subsidiary of Chevron Corporation closed its previously announced acquisition of full ownership of Beyond6, LLC and its nationwide network of compressed natural gas stations from Mercuria Energy Trading and Beyond6 founder Andrew West.
