The Shipping Deputy Ministry welcomes for the third year the excellent initiative of the company SAFE BULKERS Inc and its Managing Director Mr. Polys V. Hajioannou regarding the 3rd annual scholarship program for the academic year 2023-2024 regarding maritime and maritime studies.
This initiative is an ally of the efforts made by the Shipping Deputy Ministry to promote the engagement of young people with maritime professions and the shipping sector more broadly through targeted campaigns such as “Sea…Your Horizon” (www.seayourhorizon.com) and “Let’s Disco”.
Those interested can contact for further information about the scholarship program on the website https://safebulkers.com/scholarships and they can request clarifications by e-mail: ypotrofies@safebulkers.com
Applications for the 2023-2024 academic year should be submitted to the company by AUGUST 31, 2023.
The Shipping Deputy Ministry warmly thanks once again the company SAFE BULKERS Inc for the continuation of this selfless offer to Cypriot Shipping and especially to the new generation of our country.
