Additionally, Nikos is also a board member with two maritime technology start-ups. He has more than 13 years of experience in Information Technology operations in maritime, including positions in maritime companies such as IT infrastructure design, deployment and support, as well as customer support. He has also held leading technology positions in other sectiors including Pharmaceutical, Web Development & Hosting and ERP Systems.

Passionate about technology and open source software, Nikos has a lot of interest in areas such as IoT, Cyber Security and Automation Software and Linux operating systems.

Nikos holds an engineering degree in Computer Systems and Telecommunications from the University of Salford, UK and an Executive MBA from Alba Graduate Business School.”
