OSM Maritime and Norwegian Training Center Manila sign MOU


OSM Maritime (OSM) would like to announce that it has signed an agreement with the Norwegian Training Center (NTC) Manila. This happened last August 17 at the NTC Manila office.

OSM and NTC are jointly committed to raising the bar of maritime training operations in the Philippines to provide world-class training not only for Filipino seafarers but also for seafarers all over the world.
