CHI (Zhoushan) completed the repairing task of large container ship MAERSK ANTARES
On August 14, the large container ship MAERSK ANTARES which completed all the repair tasks in CHI (Zhoushan), was successfully moved to berth.
MAERSK ANTARES is a 12,000 TEU container ship of Maersk Altair class series, with an L*B*D size of 337.56m*45.6m*27.2m. The main works of repair in the shipyard are 15-year special inspection, Panamax mooring modification, new ballast water treatment device, energy-saving device, new deflector, repair of more than 70 hatch covers, new ballast tank structure and silicone paint on the outer plate.
Although the works were extensive and the task was arduous, CHI (Zhoushan) still managed to complete them in quality and quantity.
