In order to face and address the challenges and opportunities in the industry, especially the energy transition, Heerema Marine Contractors announces changes to the Board of Directors both in terms of structure and composition.

The new Board of Directors will be in place as of August 1, 2022, and consist of six Executive Board members and three Non-Executives:

Executive Board members:

Philippe Barril, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
(joining September 1, 2022)

Robbert Sloos, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Michel Hendriks, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Jeroen van Oosten, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

Ramon de Haas, Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

Isolde Eleveld-Terwel, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)

Non-Executive Board members:

Peter Huisman, currently interim CFO, will become the third Non-Executive board member next to Pieter Heerema (Chairman) and Nico Pronk.
