COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian and LINKER jointly acquires the equity of Hainan Zhaogang Shipping
On March 18, COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian, a subsidiary of COSCO SHIPPING, joined hands with Shanghai LINKER Group to acquire equity in Hainan Zhaogang Shipping. The three parties signed an equity transfer agreement, marking the beginning of a new chapter for COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian to promote upstream and downstream cooperation across the LPG industrial chain.
Through this acquisition, the LPG fleet of COSCO SHIPPING Investment Dalian has grown to 9 vessels and two 5,500-m3 LPG vessels under construction, making it one of the largest LPG fleets in China.
