The CMA CGM Foundation mobilises to deliver emergency humanitarian aid for Ukraine’s population


  • A CMA CGM Group cargo plane has flown 55 tons of emergency equipment to Poland for the CDCS, at no cost.
  • The CMA CGM Foundation and the Crisis and Support Centre of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs have launched a large-scale operation to help the Ukrainian civilian population.

The CMA CGM Foundation is acting alongside the CDCS (Crisis and Support Centre of the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs) to meet the urgent needs of Ukrainian civilians.

A strong commitment to support Ukraine’s civilian population  

In line with its commitment to support populations affected by humanitarian crises, the CMA CGM Group is leveraging its air freight expertise, with one of the A330-200Fs from CMA CGM AIR CARGO’s fleet made available as rapidly as possible and at no cost.

The cargo plane took off today from Paris Charles-de-Gaulle airport with 55 tons of emergency humanitarian aid on board. It flew to Warsaw, Poland, to help meet the most urgent needs identified by the international community and the Ukrainian authorities for Ukraine’s civilians.
