MOL to donate for Humanitarian Aid to Ukraine
Mitsui O.S.K. Lines announced its intent to donate ¥200 million in total for humanitarian aid to people affected by the war in Ukraine and surrounding areas.
The donation will be used for humanitarian aid activities in Ukraine and its neighboring countries through the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), World Food Programme (WFP), and Japanese Red Cross Society.
MOL hopes that calm, peaceful times will come again to the people of Ukraine and its neighbors in the region, even if it’s only a day sooner.
