Crude oil futures fall amid demand decrease in Asia


Oil prices fell by 1.78%-2.3%

As of 14 March 2022, 08:07 (UTC+3), Brent Crude futures for May settlement were trading 1.78% lower at $110.67 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe Exchange.

Light Sweet Crude (WTI) futures for April delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange fell by 2.3% to $106.81 a barrel.

Crude oil prices are decreasing amid the fall of demand in Asia due to COVID-19 upsurge.
