Crude oil futures increase driven by concerns over supplies


Oil prices rose by 1.63%-2.06%

As of 9 March 2022, 08:24 (UTC+3), Brent Crude futures for May  settlement were trading 2.06 % higher at $130.62 a barrel on the London-based ICE Futures Europe Exchange.

Light Sweet Crude (WTI) futures for April delivery on the New York Mercantile Exchange rose by 1.63% to $125.72 a barrel.

Crude oil prices are increasing in expectation of low supplies from Russia.
