Ocean Yield announces Chief Executive Officer transition and organisational update
Ocean Yield announced that Lars Solbakken has informed the board of directors of Ocean Yield that he intends to retire from his role as CEO effective today, February 4th, 2022.
The Board of Directors of Ocean Yield is pleased to appoint Andreas Røde as the new CEO of the Company. Mr. Røde joined Ocean Yield in 2017 and comes from the role of Head of Business Development and M&A.
As part of the organisational change, Eirik Eide will continue as Chief Financial Officer, Andreas Reklev will take on the role as Chief Operating Officer and Erik Hiller Holom will be appointed Head of Business Development.
