In response to increasing demand for critical machinery alignment and troubleshooting services from the maritime industry, On Site Alignment have expanded their global network through the instalment of two new offices in the United States of America and the United Arab Emirates.

Adding to services already delivered by a growing team of dedicated fully qualified service engineers based in existing offices located in the Netherlands, the United States and Singapore, new offices in Tampa, Florida and AbuDhabi, United Arab Emirates were recently opened.

On Site Alignment’s network expansion activities are set to continue in 2022, with the establishment of an office in Shanghai, China later this year.

As well as alignment services, OSA performs high-end mechanical services including on-site machining, vibration measurements and diagnose, 3D survey, measuring and scanning and dynamic machine measurements.

Alongside the provision of highly specialised, expert service engineers, On Site Alignment has established a worldwide dealership of the Shaftdesigner software. This innovative solution was developed with practical experience from the On Site Alignment team, enabling service engineers to make their own shaft calculations and to remove reliance on waiting for OEMs to provide information. Today, this software is used by all of the major OEMs.

Arie Leeuwenburg, Managing Director at On Site Alignment, says: “The international nature of the maritime industry means that our services must be available at all shipping hubs worldwide, where we can serve our customers in a quicker and more efficient way. Each year, since we started the business, we have received more requests than we could fulfil. Therefore, being close to our customers and being represented through the establishment of local offices is essential for our continued growth.”
